Jared is going through an alleyway. It is nighttime. The alley leads to a main road. The concrete pathway seems to have been recently repaired, as it reflects some of the light coming from tall buildings from other side of the main road. The street is not too narrow but maybe driving a car through here will be a hustle. There seems to be no-one else except him here. Usually even at this hour there is some tussle but not today. He has been putting in extra hours every night on his part time job at the call center to make some extra bucks. He is saving up to buy a professional camera to pursue his passion of photography. The few times his uncle back home took him to photography events ignited his interest.
The last few nights walking on this street, he has had an opportunity to really think about it. Maybe the passion that drives him isn’t really capturing but actually observing things.

Like the lantern hanging in the balcony from a building on his right, seems to be the only source of light coming from that building. The building has a wooden green door, sort of in contrast with reddish paint, which in turn is in contrast with fern like decoration surrounding the balcony area.

The buildings are not too high in this street so you get a good view of the sky above, it’s clear today, full of shiny stars. He is able to spot Orion even.

As Jared emerges from the alleyway onto the main road, he feels a sense of relief wash over him. The hustle and bustle of the city greets him, and he feels like he’s stepping out of a different world. He looks up at the sky again and feels a sense of wonder as he spots more constellations. The streetlights glow around him, creating a warm atmosphere that feels comforting. He smiles to himself, knowing that even though life can be tough, there are still moments of beauty and inspiration to be found. As he walks on towards his destination, he feels a renewed sense of purpose and determination to pursue his passion for photography. He knows it won’t be easy, but he also knows that he’s willing to put in the work to make his dreams a reality.
